2. Description of treatment

Purpose: 

We use cookies for the necessary functions of our website, optimization of our site, and targeting of content and ads.

When you visit our website, we collect personal data about you to optimize the user experience and effectiveness of our website, to create statistics about your use of the website, and to target our content and marketing to you.

Legal basis for processing:

We process your personal data based on your consent, cf. GDPR art. 6.1.a, and partly based on art. 6.1.f.

When we process your personal data based on GDPR art. 6.1.f, our legitimate interest is to offer you an optimally functioning and efficient website (necessary cookies). All other processing is based on GDPR art. 6.1.a.

Recipients:

We may disclose your personal data to our suppliers, including IT and support suppliers, with whom we collaborate and who assist us. The disclosures are made in particular to Wix, and to the extent relevant, their sub-processors.

Storage:

We store only this personal data for as long as it is necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned to the left. Our storage period will normally depend on the individual cookie. You can read more about this in our cookie policy.

Generally, we store this personal data for 0-12 months after which the information is deleted or anonymized.

3. Transfers to countries outside the EU/EØS

We can transfer your personal data to countries outside the EU/EØS because our web platform, Wix, has servers located all over the world.

This will happen on the basis of the following transfer grounds:

  1. The country/countries or the company/companies have been assessed by the Commission as countries that generally ensure an adequate level of protection of personal data either through legislation or other measures.

  2. The country/countries or the company/companies have not been assessed by the Commission as countries that ensure an adequate level of protection of personal data. We will therefore ensure that there are necessary guarantees through the use of:

4. Your rights

You have the following rights:

  • You have the right to request access, rectification, or erasure of your personal data.

  • You also have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted.

  • If the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Your withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before your withdrawal of your consent. You can withdraw your consent and exercise your rights as stated below.

  • You have the right to receive the personal data that you have provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (data portability).

  • You can always lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority for data protection, such as Datatilsynet.

 

In addition, you have the right to object to our processing of your personal data in the following cases:

  • If our processing of your personal data is based on Article 6(1)(e) (public interest or exercise of official authority) or Article 6(1)(f) (balancing of interests), see above under legal basis, you have the right at any time to object to such processing for reasons related to your particular situation.

  • Similarly, you have an unconditional right to object to our processing of your personal data if we process your information for direct marketing purposes.

 

You can exercise your rights by sending an email to abk@ousiapharma.com, stating which right(s) you wish to exercise.

There may be conditions or limitations to these rights. Therefore, it is not certain that you have the right to data portability in the specific case. This depends on the specific circumstances in connection with the processing activities.
